88-89 Integras redline at 7k RPM with a 7.5k fuel cut.
Black cover ZCs redline at 7.2k RPM, I would *assume* a 7.8k fuel cut.

Don't rev these engines over redline or you may blow them. The *ONLY* time I have ever hit fuel cut was in a new Ford truck with no tachometer and that was accidental.
