You can get little boots to put on the back of your speaker to protect them. To see what I mean go to http://www.crutchfield.com > Installation > Speaker Installation > Foam Baffles

Any reputable stereo shop should carry them. I have no idea if moisture in the door is normal for your car. I know it happens quite a bit in my POS truck because my shit is all rusted out.
