Wassup!?!

I'm new to the board. I have a 5th gen that I've been working on and I'm wondering how to take the black molding off the doors. The molding I'm referring to is the ugly flat black stuff that runs vertically. It appears to be crimped on. I've got pretty much everything else ripped apart on the car.
