Yes there is a Sears, yes there are many shops (independant, goodyear, monroe, minekie etc.) and yes there is a very good Honda dealership...check out this link
Ithaca Auto Shops All of these shops are within 5 minutes from Cornell. Cornell is about 1.5 MI from Ithaca College so you can understand that this information is the same for someone living on the East Hill (AKA Cornell)
OT - It's too bad that in NYC Honda dealerships are not as user friendly or cheap. I like getting work done up in Ithaca better.
