WRX's are sweet driving cars. My new accord coupe was in the same price range but I just didn't want a pocket rocket sedan, although the thought of AWD gets me drooling.
I heard that infiniti is switching their whole lineup to AWD. maybe it is finally becoming technically/economically feasible for all cars? I hope honda begins to offer AWD, at least as an option, soon.
I used to drive a rear wheel drive miata and I tell you guys that there is nothing like the handling bliss of being able to steer the car out of a turn with the throttle. AWD would be even better because we could get good launches, neutral steering through turns (hopefully tuned a little toward understeer), and all-weather traction and handling.
