You should have enough room if you just raise the back up. If you can, have a second person to hold the exhaust up for you while you bolt it in/out, I did my install at like midnight, so I had to resort to using some boxes to hold the exhaust up while I maneuvered around, took alot of extra time. Liquid wrench/bolt remover fluid definitely helps, I wouldnt have been able to get the cat-bolts off without the stuff. It also helps if you have a second ratchet extension with a moveable head, reaching the top bolt on the cat-converter is a biatch to reach. Also, for the midpipe hanger, follow the hangers connection to the chassis and youll see two bolts, if you unbolt these, the hanger itself comes offa the car, making removal and install a heck of a lot easier!
