Damm Bro not to kill your day but thats how my 3rd Gen which was a 1988 Accord EXi died. The engine was still strong at 220km. My car was in mint shape but as I was driving it I noticed that the tranny would slip like crazy. I did a big azz tune up on it and that baby died about 5 months later. Stripped the car and sold parts out of it made my self about $1500 this was when I will living in Toronto in 99. I would really check the tranny, I hope the same thing does not happen to you.
