Hit and run with injury does not make any diiference how small the injury according to CVC. It could just be a complaint of pain or a broken finger nail to a broken neck does not matter. I never said he should file a fraudulent claim. But a hit and run as a felony the police have more power to get this guy vs simple property damage.
