hmm, making any real power with the sport shift means you'll be replacing your auto trans pretty quick. They are by most accounts, piles of shit that don't last with any real power increases.

Honestly, i'd save your money and swap in a 5spd (maybe a JDM one with a LSD) because no matter how many horsepower you're making, it's still gonna be slow and making much less HP to the wheels thanks to the torque converter.

There's a flame war on honda-tech.com as to how much this really costs. Some say 3-4 grand others say 1500 but no matter what it's a very complicated, and major operation. Hopefully you know someone who has experience with honda trannies and can help you with the labor.
