Do you listen or have friends burn you CD's? Back before CD burner did you ever have someone take a CD and record it to cassette or do it yourself? It's the same princepal. If they want to sue Napster and Kazaa lets sue Sony, Creative, TDK for creating CD burners to allow people to burn this mp3's.

When napster was high profile and research was done and even stated on TV that most people continued to buy CD's and that Napster was a way to demo songs. Sales dropped pretty good when Napster shut down.
