Ok...yeh....i'm sure your right. I know it cant be bolts, cuz i have removed the calipers and reassembled them and still had the exact same problem.

And NO...I dont slam on the brakes at 150!!! My mom was driving the car for a good 5-6 months so i dont know WHAT happened! She prolly wouldnt tell me if she knew! So its up to me to fix it.

And the best on the car rotor refinishing i can find around here is $80 a pair. I'll probably do it at the end of the month.

Is it a good practice to get new brake pads when you resurface your rotors? A friend of mine said so, but i dont believe him, unless they are almost wore out.
