top of the line or not, the Accord is just the bread-n-butter family car for Honda. it's just one notch above the Civic. I wouldn't expect HID's to become an option until the 8th gen, and perhaps standard 9th gen.

supposedly HID is available in singapore or thailand '03 accords.
