I'd start with the typical bolt ons.... AEM CAI for starters. It's quick and easy.
Make sure the maint is all upto date. Oil, tranny, coolant. I've not found any, but I hear running a quick shot of Sea Foam through the engine will greatly help make sure it's nice and clean.
If the miles are up around 90k, get the timing belt, assesory belts and water pump replaced. Make sure the tires are in good condition also the brake pads.
Check the level of the Power Steering fluid and Brake fluid... basically do the mundane money guzzling REQUIRED maintance first, like new NGK Sparkplugs.... then do bolts on upgrades.
It's stupid and useless not to do any of that before getting into bolt ons. Make sure the car is in tip top shape and get any and all maint that even might need to be done first.
Then AEM CAI, DC Sports CC Header, HiFlo Cat, Apexi WS catback. Then look at AEM cam gears.
Make sure it's a car you wanna drive and look at. Get a good detail job on it. $150 or less for a decent detail job.
But definalty to maint and get all... I mean ALL maint upto schedule first before addons.
