Yes and no. Yes you COULD....but why? The B18C5 is one of the best naturally aspirated engines ever created - everyone agrees. To turbo it is almost morally wrong. Even so, the gains won't be that much more impressive than a similarly built (and MUCH cheaper) B18C1, the normal GSR engine.
Lastly, you're looking at a HUGE cost in this project. The Type R engine is never cheap, and turboing it properly will not be cheap either... I hope you have deep deep pockets, man.
A Del Sol with a Type R engine is fast enough. If you want to go turbo, go B16a or B18c, honestly. Some people even get monster results out of the D16Z6/Y8.
i have a boosted Z6 and i have better torque numbers than a b16 on boost will..at the same psi.
