I need to replace the turn signal headlight lever located on the steering wheel for a 2005 honda civic ex 4 door
not sure how to get that off

It would be good to have a service manual for that, but you may be able to figure it out yourself once you remove the bottom cover from the steering column in the interior - I'm assuming it's just held in place by plainly visible screws (the cover that is), just take a look under the steering wheel.
