you should be able to find the buzzer itself and just cut the wires going to it.

you could get a new male clip (the part that is on the belt itself, which clicks into the part with the button) which you could then click in and it would think you're wearing it. If you cant find one, cut a piece of sheetmetal to the same shape, just make sure you dont make it so small you cant pull it out when u press the button
