Installing non OEM fog / driving lamps

Installing non OEM fog / driving lamps
I want to put driving lights on my 07 civic coup. No fog lights, driving lights.
I have examined the instructions for installing the OEM lights and I see how I might be able to use the
Hella 'Micro DE Bracket with Vertical Adjusting Screw' kit mounted to the points the factory kit mounts to.

What I need to know is what is the spacing on the mount points, and are they all on the same plane or different. I may have to do some fabrication.
I can pulled the bumper to figure this all out, but I'd like to avoid having to do this twice.
Anyone done anything like this yet?
