Here's mine, it's a few seasons old and due for a replacement soon, but for an affordable, comfortable autocross helmet, I'd go with Shoei any day of the week. This is a Snell95 RF-700.

I use my roommate's shoei sychrotech vented, lift-face motorcycle helmet. Its real comfy and pretty light, looks really cool. I'd get a multiple impact helmet, but I don't forsee crashing the car any time soon, and I still use the motocylce helmet for summer riding.

Remember most M rated helmets are only legal for autocross type events. My M helmet with a visor was $115.
