Manual Transmission Fluid
I have a 94 accord ex. i am working on the transmission this weekend. what fluid do i use to replace in the maunal transaxle? the manual said 10w30 engine oil...but that just doesnt sound right to me.

I did some research. Bought this stuff a day later: http://www.pennzoil.com/products/gear_oil/syncro_fluid.html
Get 3 bottle's. Drain and fill. The tranny will shift better then the day the car was new. I swear it's a HUGE difference in shift quality and engagement. Do your own research if you don't belive me. The Pennzoil stuff is just rebaged GM Syncromesh fluid. Same exact ingredients, just 6 bucks less a quart. Your transmission capacity is 2.2L quarts I THINK. Good luck!

which manual? If your owners manual, why would you doubt it?
