Default Code 1166 & 1167 -- 1999 Accord LX

I have a 1999 Accord LX w/ 4 cyl. ULEV engine, auto trans. Recently CEL lit up, wife took it to dealer while I was out of town. Dealer diagnosed code 1166 and said after cat. oxygen sensor needed to be replaced. I bought a Bosch 13071 sensor and an OBD2 reader. Installed the sensor and cleared the code with the OBD2 reader. Started engine and within 30 seconds get codes 1166 and 1167? Any suugestions? Could the replacement sensor be bad or non-compatible? It seems more like a wiring problem, please tell me where to look.

Default heated o2 sensor problem

if the boush sensor did not fix it you may want to try a honda one. although you could have a bad ecm. substitute for a known good one and see what happens. did your scanner say it was sensor one or two?
