Pics of my Turbo Del Sol
Here are updated pics of my Del Sol that I recently purchased from RiceBurninVTEC. I had to get a completly new turbo kit since the turbo manifold was warped, the turbo seals were bad, and there was oil in all of the tubing. I also had to get engine mounts since 2 of them were missing.
Here is a before and after pic of the engine bay:
Before:
After:
Here is the setup:
- inlinePRO Cast Stainless Steel Turbo Manifold
- T3/T4 Turbo with the new Garrett GT Technology
- 2.5" mirror polished stainless steel down pipe
- Mirror polished aluminum charge pipes, couplers, clamps
- 24"x8"x3.5"(core size) front mount intercooler
- Greddy Type-S BOV
I got it dyno'd and found out it has 180whp w/ 5psi spring and converter

:goodjob: nice.. but hows u'r engine temp doing with the civic radiator.. i'd swap that thing out for a much larger teggy one!
i've got the same FMU but i decided that i'm going to stick with an Apexi VAFC..
i definalty like the setup tho..
... on a side note.. u should powder coat that valve cover! it would look much nicer under there! :rick:
