Default Gimp mode?! Lil or no Vtec?! lowered Revlimit?! HELP

HEYA
first, yall are awesome and thanks in advance for the help

second, i need HELP. Ok, so i HAD a 92 Lude Si, then i threw at rod at 200K, then i dropped a JDM H22A in there and it's awesome, HOWEVER, when i got the engine it didn't come with an ECU, so i bought one off of Ebay "with a skunk2 chip". Then, i put the ECU in and hook it up (with new wiring) and THIS HAPPENS:

I rev limit at 6,500. I Vtec at 5,200. I govern at 120. If i'm in VTEC for too long, my check engine light goes on and cuts VTEC off (too long being like 13-15 seconds). That only really happens when i'm in 4th or 5th, cause who needs VTEC for that long?? AAAAND if you're wondering why that's still a long time? it's because i can't get up to 7K and past, where i SHOULD be able to go, i REVLIMI AT 6500!!!!

SOOOOOOOOO i bought a JUN ECU off of ebay and i installed it, flashed it made sure the connections were good, THEN I IDLED AT 2K (even with throttle adjustment) AND REVLIMITED AT 4K!! WTF?!?!
Ebay ECU that i bought and recently put in

so now i'm using the OLD ebay ecu, with the Si revlimit and governor.
If anyone has ANY insight, or any ideas. PLEASE PLEASE tell me.

thank you
so much

it's obvious that this "skunk2" ecu DOESN"T have a chip and that it hasn't been moded though. So i DO have a stock P13 ecu

Did you even pull the code to see what it was? If so, what code did it give you?
Also, take Out The H23 Injectors And Put In Some H22a Injectors. Quit Starving Your Engine And Maybe It'll Work Right For Ya

hmm
that's an idea... you think the H23 injectors would starve it?? ... i thought the displacement difference would make them bigger.
nice, thanks. Anyone know where i can get the H22 injectors??

You can try Ebay, or you can buy some aftermarket.

those injectors are a problem
u really need to pull that MIL code and see what it is, that should have been step #1.

that ecu u bought is not a p13, its a p28/p30/p72 or maybe some cheaper non-vtec ecu that the seller added circuitry for VTEC, im interested to see if there is a Knock board inside that thing, pop the cover and take a pic.
also u can get a p13 for under 200 if u play your cards right. I would never buy one of those "hacked" ecu's because u never know what your actually getting.
