That's all... Only problem is that they forgot to o-ring it. Charged me too...

Oh well, my local machine shop has the motor now and is going to measure for the correct bearings and o-ring it for me for 1/3 of the price. :goodjob:

The rods are Pauter, pistons are custom made ROSS 9.5:1 @ 84mm for boost, AEBS main studs, AEBS cam seal.

Should be able to handle around 800 whp or so with the current setup. I won't be pushing more than 400 or 450 because of my 550 RCs.

Anyhow, I'll keep everyone updated with the progress as usual.

I was just thinking about o-ringing the other day, nice to hear you're doing it.

The tech at AEBS said he's personally seen those rods handle 997whp. :eek3:

Did it come with a warning like "do not exceed 80 PSI" or anything? I remember a guy in the hybrid forum saying his sleeved block (forget who but sure it wasn't AEBS) came with an attached warning like that. Hope it all goes together easy for you.

:chuckles:

I would have kept that warning. haha

They're said to be tested to 55 psi. I don't think I'll even phase these sleeves.
