Default Vac Anyone

I Have A 95 Civic W/a Gsr Motor In It I Noticed Today That I Do Not Have A Vac Line Coming Off Of The Throtle Body And The Motor Some Times Idle Wierd And What I Mean By Wierd Is That It Soemtimes Holds A Really High Idle After Being Drivin Hard Or Held At The Same Rpm For A While, Would The Throttle Body Not Return To Fully Closed Because Of That Vac Line?

If you have an open vacuum source, it will cause the engine to idle at random speeds and usually high.
