Or you can call with the Stereo's serial number, + they aren't open today and I'd rather just call tomorrow give them the serial and receive the code.
So i'm just trying to find out where it is on the stereo.
And if it is only 8 characters? Because i see 8 engraved characters on the bottom of my stereo in the back middle of it. Without taking it out of course. =P.

Than call them, or go there.
The code is not on the radio itself. It MAY be in your owner's manual, but most of the time it is not, and you have to get it from the dealer.

Now that i actually use it again, i replaced my battery, and forgot that you need the code to reactivate. So short of taking it out of my car, i wanted to know if the engraved Letters/Numbers on the bottom back side of the stereo that are still visible by looking underneath my glove and to the left, is the serial. =]

STOP BEFORE YOU SPEND MONEY, seriously i had this question about a month ago, pop the hood, look inside the engine fuse box or whatever its called, looking into the engine, the upper left box next to the battery, open it up and look at lid to see if there is a sticker with numbers on it, that is the code, the acura dude told me that when i had my car maintenance done, if it isnt there, sorry, i have a 99 gs so i believe that is where they started putting them. no sense in taking the radio out lol
nvm i feel like a jackass now lol, totally not what you needed, nvm about that post then, as for serial, they pretty much got it right lol

So i just got a new stereo... well not really new. actually extremely old. but it works and well its a cassette player. And since i only use my ipod to connect to a car anyways, i thought it'd be nice.
So any information on how to take out my stock stereo, would be greatly appreciated. =[ don't know very much besides basics on my car.... lol.
Pic of the Stock Stereo : ( Sorry couldn't get behind it, as i have not taken it out =\. )
