Default Install help!

I got two problems right now with my turbo install before it is completed. Any advise would be appreciatied. I used to have a short ram intake, on my 2000 civic, I have since taken it off and installed the charge pipe for the turbo kit. One of my questions is where does the air temp sensor that I used to attach to the hole in the ram intake, go, there is no hole in the charge pipe, and I'm not sure where it goes or is I even need it. My next question, is where would be a good place to connect the vacume sorce for the blow off valve. Here are a couple of pics, circled in yellow is the air temp sensor and the valume line for the blow off valve, none of which are connected.
