my b20/vtec put down 172hp and 138tq with intake header exhaust. i used a jdm b20b, a 1st gen b16 head a itr intake manifold, gsr TB (58mm). a tiny iceman intake and even smaller sohc thermal exhaust and a dc 4-2-1 gsr header. prolly could have put down more with a bigger everything
you might make a few more hp with the gsr head cause the combustion chambers are smaller

The bottomend is completely stock. I didnt even cut out the valve reliefs.
The head is stock minus Skunk2 cam gears.
Remember... I had my car tuned w/ a vafc to get those #'s. I was putting down 165 & 131 before tuning.

What's up?
His numbers are probably about what you'd expect without spending a lot of money on upgrades (160-175 hp, 130-140 ft/lbs). Have you tried running your car yet trickturn? I'd probably imagine somewhere around high 13's low 14's with a setup like that with a GS-R or B16A tranny. Seeya.
