Default obx adjustable cam gears

I am about to install obx cam gears in my 2000 si. I need to get my cover cut and get a new timing belt then I will probably install. Before I get my hands dirty, I was wondering if anyone knows much about these cam gears. (obx specifically) I have a custom cat-back, no resonator and a bomz racing muffler and an aerospeed cold air intake with aem filter and bypass valve. WIll I be able to obtain much power with these few mods? And if so do you know the typical setting for the intake and exhaust valves on each cam gear. (degrees) Also the torque specs on all the bolts for the cover and bolts that hold the cam gear to the cam and the bolts that hold the cam from slipping. By the way, I have already replaced the hex bolts with new bolts to accept an 8mm torque wrench/socket wrench.

The OBX cam gears are made by the same manufacturer that nakes the AEM Ones. They're the same product, along with the Aem pulleys.
