Default big brakes!!

Wanted to know who has big brake kits.

Looking to add on the AEM OM Big Brake Kit to my civic. At this time running tenzo-r mean 6/ 17x7. Found someone here local to powdercoat the calipers for about 1 bill.

what do you think of them, are they race worthy, etc.

I think that the AEM's are 13"... Which is why they require a minimum of 17" wheels to clear the caliper. With the Willwoods, I think the minmum is either 16's or 15's to clear them...

The AEM site requires you to run a 17" wheel. The Tenzo-R have a machined lip. Will the wheel spokes interfer with the spacing on the caliper???

I doubt that the spokes would interfere in terms of clearance. But since it seems that you are concerned about the inner diameter of the wheels clearing the brakes, you might want to measure the ID of your wheels and check with AEM on what is the exact clearance needed for their big brake kit.

Fastbrakes say's that the 11" brake kit will clear MOST 15" wheels. Check with them before you order
