Default new 6MT w/navi: how much can i expect to pay??

Hi, I'm in the Washington DC area and I am in the market for a new car. I was considering buying TSX 6MT w/navi and wanted to know what I can expect to pay. I walked into a dealer today just to pick up a brochure for the TSX and was inevitably approached by a salesperson who, to my surprise, told me a few 06 are still avaiable for sale. I asked him what they usually go for and he said about 27 for one without navi and 29 for one with it.
If you have bought a new TSX in the past year, please tell me what you paid (state whether before or after tax, title, tags "TTT") and where you live so I can adjust for regional differences.

hey there. whats up and welcome to the board

where do you live? i'm also livin in the DC/Metro area (Herndon, to be exact). i picked up my used '06 TSX 6spd w/ navi for $27k. the interesting thing was that the previous owner only had the car for 3 months before having to sell it. he got married and his wife thought it better to get something larger instead. if youre going for a new '06, i cant imagine them topping $30k. you could probably get away w/ $28k if youre resilient enough

i cant remember how much the tax, title and tags were. sorry. ive got that crap filed somewhere at home. btw, i went to Pohanka Acura in Chantilly. theyre not bad. let us know how it goes

thanks for the post. im located at silver spring, md. im trying to decide between the tsx and the accord v6 MT w/navi which I know I can get at or below invoice through a connection. If I can get a new tsx w/navi for 27-28ish, i think id pick it over the accord just because of the additional luxury features, eventhough id be sacrificing lots of power. besides, id hate to pay close to 30k for an accord, even for a fully loaded one, but that might just be me.

All the TSX is is a European/Japanese Accord.

Yeah, but he's talking about an Accord with a V6, which will never happen in a TSX.

I went down to the dealer today and was quoted 27000 for 06 with navi by the manager, without any negotiation. I think I'm gonna end up taking it.

for 2006 you should be able to get it at that price.....is not much leftover from 06. 07 should be just a bit more.
