hey, this one is for my parents. they just bought a new tsx, and my dad is spoiled by a rx-8, so the handeling leaves some to be desired. does any one know any thing about tsx suspension yet, or is it too new?? what have you guys done to your tsx's and what do you think.
thanx everybody

h&r makes springs for it...get yourself some h&r race springs, koni yellows, and a strut bar or two and it should handle like a champ...shit ground control's and tokico illumina's handle great too, that's what i have on my 6th gen accord but i dunno if they make'em for the TSX yet..if they do, u can try that setup too

Well he's never going to get to the level of the RX-8. I'd wait until Comptech comes out with stuff... www.comptechusa.com

Yea, the TSX will never be an RX8, will never do the same things. But it can do many great things that the 8 will never do. Like get 26 mpg, drive in snow, or start after driving it 50 feet and shutting it off [floods-dont these guys know how to do a modern ECU?], and not burn oil [a Maxda spec similar to a Saturn]

It was never meant to get good gas mileage, it was never meant to drive in the snow, they don't have flooding problems anymore, that was 80's early 90's rx-7's that did that. they don't burn oil anymore than any other car unless the apex seal is wasted which is equal to piston rings which any other car can do too.
There's nothing wrong with the RX-8 or RX-7 for that matter. They are sports cars with better engineered motors in my opinion. If i was into the body style of the new one it would be in my garage now, if i had 20k I'd buy a used 93 twin turbo.
