TSX wheel offset recommendation

My brother wants to put 18" rims on his TSX. What offset can you guys recommend?

+45 offset, and rims must be 18 x 7.0, 18 x 7.5, 19 x 7.0, 19 x 7.5. and maybe some 20" if you can find the right fit for it

there is a range of offsets you can use, but with the correct width. visit www.sizeitup.com this site should help narrow down some choices for you. i have seen 20x8.5 with a +45 work, with a little fender roll. but 20x7.5 should work great. sizeitup will help with more tire sizes.
