Default Where to get Ate super blue racing fluid

I was wondering where the cheapest place online would be to get this fluid? optauto is selling it for 15$ but they want like $15 shipping . Also what do you guys think, axxis MM or AEM pads for my 88 Prelude 4ws? I'll be running brembo blanks w/the Ate fluid. Maybe an autoX or two this summer. Hopefully it wont be too adicting
TIA
Later/joe
