Default What do you do to get over the boredom when autox season is over :(

Every weekend I'm so bored out of my mind.

I used to work on my systems and learn new technology (computer technology ) but I'm not motivated these days.

I can't even wash my car because we've had 4 or 5 storms move in this month alone

Except last tuesday when I got a ride in a EVO7 LHD Jspec around Sears Point.

we had a autox at coors field just last sunday. no points, just fun. Winter autox is cool because you don't fry your ass off in the parking lot, plus the tires get all squirly. I think there's another one mid Jan, if its not snowing.

im not very competitive since i upgraded my brakes and susp, anyway, so the squirlier the better as far as I'm concerned. Its good practice for the ocational club rally (the Saab club here holds 'em a few times a year, i did my first one this fall)

We have a winter series coming up next month. Two different regions within a 1 hour drive are having them And they don't overlap

i have yet to try a rally with it...that'll be interesting

it seems it doesn't want to downshift sometimes which messes up turn in at some corners

During winters I sometimes do some winter series autocrossing, but mostly I just play around with some RC cars that I have, or head to the local indoor kart racing place
