Default Suspension set up help plz!!

Hey all, Im new here, but intend on hanging about, so I'll start by saying HELP!!!!

Im building a CRX track car, and want peoples opinions on what suspension to use for it. Also, what wheel/tyre sizes would you recommend?

you probably do not want to hear this but stay stock. You will learn faster that way.

I'd do bushings.

It's a good idea to find your limit with the stock suspension first so you'll appreciate a good one.

Already done enough stock racing, now just after peoples ideas for top end suspension set ups.
