Default shaving tires

once tires are shaved does it mean that they are all the same. ie if someone had really crappy no name tires shaved would that be a lot worse than having something good like toyo proxes shaved or would they both be pretty much equal?

Most Places will not shave tires that have been drivien, they have to be new tires.

Plus starting out with a good tire like Toyo RA1s shaved or running Michelin XGT4s shaved is a huge difference too. Even if the Toyo RA1s were not shaved they would outperform the shaved Michelins.

but if i have those crappy no name tires will it even make a difference? because the way youre explaining it, shaving the tires allows you to get to the stickier part faster, but if the tires are junk to begin with and aren't sticky, will there even be a benefit?

No. Shaving tires doesn't make them suddenly very sticky. If you shave crap tires you just get the best of the crap.
