It looks like one of those Kazaa Gold rip off sites.
I would try one of the well known legal mp3 download sites (such as www.launch.com, www.buymusic.com,etc) prior to trying this one out.

the programs themselves aren't illegal, it's just the content you download from them that can be. not all of it is illegal though.

froget everything. whatever u need when u need it and speed of light , go to irc, just learn ur way there and most important the servers that arent listed n the server list
