Can enamel regrow?

I just got my wisdom teeth out a week ago and way back on the last tooth on each side up top it's very rough. I'm worried the enamel has some how come off. Just happened today though. :dunno:

This whole ordeal has been bad. First thing I ever have done to my teeth besides a cleaning and it's just all going weird/wrong.

I mean, things are healed well but I have holes between my sinus's and mouth that are... leaking and makeing it odd to breath. Oh bother.

Well I shouldn't say all healedwell if there's still holes.... but the holes for the bottom teeth seem to be going well.
