lets just say, my friend acted really really really really really gay (this kid acts like hes 10), after a little fight we got into (he took it seriously, i was just joking and i pushed him around alittle bit) and egged my car. then he kept runnin away in his truck and coming back with more.

i finally got so pissed at him, because he wouldnt come out and say antyhing, i chucked a rock at his window and i think chipped a piece off of the passenger side front. the chip = about the size of well, 1/16 of a chicklet.

he took some paint off my roof and my hood with the eggs. i thought it was all over until he came back hours later and shot my car on the front fender with a paintball and dented it (all the paint came off).

i finally got to chase him down (he ran with a paintball gun) and tackeld him, ripped his shirt off him and broke his gun in half.

now, ive known this kid since i was 4, and we've always been friends, hes just really immature and messed up sometimes, very antagonistic. i dont want to make him pay for it, but i dont really want these chips and what not to be on my car.

i know i was an idiot for throwing the rock, but after this kid drove by 5 times, i got so pissed and mad, it was dumb. so if i have this kid repaint my hood and roof and fix the dent in the fender and repaint that, hes gonna have me pay for that little chip in his window. do you think ill end up having to pay more for that than he is to paint those parts of my car? because i know he wont have my fix it, but i dont want to say that i want it fixed and then have to pay..
