I used to do budgeting for my department when I worked for a Hotel Chain, $1000000 in capital, 300000 in utilities, 200000 in departmental expenses & salaries. Had to start from 0 and guess what was going to need replacing for the next year.

Here's the funny part.....
I can work a budget for a small or large company....but I can't budget myself...I always seem to spend all my money on stupid stuff :doh: LOL
