He went right when he should have gone straight...he mistook the grass and tires for the road and accidentally hit them! Honest mistake...

I don't see where he did anything wrong.

It's hard to tell what was happening before he went off track but he is steering left to get back on track but his rear end is sliding towards the tire barrier

then he would have to turn the wheel to the right to counter the slide

unfortunately looks like he was carrying too much speed and still hit the barrier and flipped

besides going off course it doesn't look like he did anything wrong. Hell, even if he was trying to keep the wheels straight and not flip it by catching an edge, there is no way a human can hold a wheel straight when your in an accident. If those wheels want to turn, they'll rip that wheel righ out of your hands and turn.

Sucks to be the owner of that car.
