i think i'm going crazy
raahhhhhhhhhh rahhhh raaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaahhhhh :rant:
next week, i go back to summer school, and my school schedule is 8:30 am to 10:20 am monday thru friday. i work from 10:30PM to 3:00am sunday thru fri. that means i'm going to have to start sleeping in the afternoon for the next 6 weeks. from like 11am till 6 pm or something. i usually sleep from 4am to 11am, so i'm gradually trying to shift my sleep schedule later and later. but the problem is i'm already tired:oh: do any of you guys have any advice for changing sleep schedules? |
Coffee when you don't need to sleep :shocked:

gradually start sleeping earlier. dont just do it at the last minute. makes it easier. trust me i know. :oh:

damn, we dont even have any coffee in the house. i dont even have any money in the house either:oh:

so i just made my own concoction, considering i dont have coffee.
48 oz of water 1 scoop of old country lemonade mix 1 scoop of old country pink lemonade mix 1 scoop of lipton ice tea mix 1 scoop of grape cool aid :beer::yumyum: its not as bad as it sounds:happysad: |
