couple weeks ago i found that missing motivation, apparently.

down 14lbs in 14 days as of yesterday
joined a crossfit gym and have been 5 times so far. planning on going 6 days a week unless my schedule totally disallows me from going.

nice dude. glad you are happy with the results. people can bash cross fit all they want. but if you are happy with the results, then that is all that matters.

Speaking of cleaning shop, my sandblasting itch has me looking into all kinds of shit to clean. I bumped into this and @1:31 I :lmao:'d and thought about you. Watching the rest of the video, I was impressed. You use one of these?

 

Heh! I use one actually. Tattooists clean their tubes and other stainless steel tools that need to be autoclaved with it to get all the gunk off before bagging them up for the clave.

If you get one... depending on what you're cleaning, look into this stuff too.
