So I took my girlfriend to this Japanese resturant today. While we were inside this other couple started talking to us. They were trying to ask the waitress for the check and said something like "I wish we knew how to say it in Japanese" and I was like "My girlfriend does!" And she said "Check onegaishimasu" since she can speak Japanese fluently. This guy was so impress that a white american girl could speak Japanese that he offered to pay for our check. So we got a $20.44 meal for free from this dude. It was awesome. I ended up giving the waitress a 50% tip since I still saved money. So yeah my girlfriends talents finally paid off.

Teriyaki Steak for me and Lemon Chicken for her, 2 cokes, and some Eel Sushi. This place is expensive but on Saturday afternoons they have things for like half off so thats why we went then.

 

50% of a free meal is $0.
So generous you are.

:slap: eating off your gf's talent just kidding................Jap restaurants are very expensive, a meal for 2 usually cost 40+ and all they did was putting Teriyaki sauces on everything.

 

btw, all thoses Jap restaurant i've been to, they don't have a single Japanese person there, not even the owners. :a:

 

The people at this resturant weren't real Japanese people either. The guy asked the Asian waitress lady if she spoke Japanese and she said no. That was funny cuz the whole place is decked out in Japanese decore.

 

When I go to a Japanese restaurant, I usually pay >$40 just for myself (including tip). h:
