I was driving down RT. 1 South at around 60-65 (in a 55) and i noticed it was wide open...so i downshifted and floored it to 95MPH....just as i let off the gas and about to slow back down to 60, I get pulled over...state cop....

I have to goto court in Rehobeth, I don't know what the fine is yet, but he said it'll be around 200, and since I'm only 16, I COULD get my liscense suspended if my home state(MD) finds out...which they will...but since it's my first offense, I hope they will go easy on me..

What do you guys think, am I dead?

dont give up. I got a racing ticket out of state, got a lawyer and the case got dismissed.

i skipped two court date for my minor infraction and it got dismissed after the third, yours is not minor

How long since you have your license?

Since you are only 16, they might be hard on you I guess. just so can teach you a lesson.

If possible get a lawyer to help you out.
