That hood destroys the car

Hood will look nice with mf-10s. I saw a few s2's at s2ki.com with that hood and mf-10s but different bodykit. I tried to talk him into buying the Mugen kit, but his dual titanium exhausts don't fit.

The accessories are not needed, but they really compliment the car especially when the hood is popped. :thumbup:

He's looking for euro-spec lights because jdm ones are meant for rhd.

I guess everyone has their own tastes when it comes to parts. There are those that go full power with hybrid cars, then those who want to keep it simple with good parts and a flashy look. I guess this is the latter. Mugen parts are dyno tested for low-mid range gains since Honda has enough power at peak hp. I think this s2 should see around 210ish at the wheels.

The hood....you gotta see it in person. A lot of the cf hoods you see on Civics are fibreglass with a layer of cf. This one has lots of layers of cf on both the front and back. I compared the hood to a VIS one and....major difference. No blemishes. The CF threads are literally perfect. Of course you pay for what you get...

Some talented amateur class guys are driving near stock s2s on the track with the exception of hoosiers and a wing and set great times at Laguna Seca. I'm talking about the OTCC competition. :thumbup:

The hood looks like ass whether it is in person or in photos.

I have seen them and they suck and detract from the lines of the car....bad purchase and he should be beat with the hood for buying it and putting it on that car.

 

again.. mugen hoods are teh rox0r.. he need a mugen bumper and spoiler

A name doesn't mean it's good necessarily as far as motor parts go.
