HAN won't load on my Laptop

It is loading on my desktop at home as well as on my laptop when I use it at work but at home it is not loading. Was my IP address baned or something? What can I do to get it to work? Thanks.

I am on another computer. I have a wireless system with a router and each comp has a different IP address. I have tried it hundreds of times over the past 2 days. It worked all weekend as well as the 4 weeks prior that I have had my wirless system. I am very confused.

do you have multiple PUBLIC IP's or just 192.168..... IP's?

Then that means you're not IP banned. HAN can only see your public IP...can't see the private IP.
