I have to take two fenders off, and the screws holding them in are painted over, and really jammed in.....no rust though. Does anyone have any tips on removing the screws (star pattern)?? I dont have access to any air tools right now though. I appreciate any help. thanks.

 

use pentrating oil, sometimes that helps.

by star you mean HEX or TORX?

 

Fuji should know. He's taken off his driver side fender off (from what I've seen anyways).
