I used to live next to a state park in CO, so I mountain probably 15-25 miles every day before I could drive. I had a sweet Schwinn Moab 3 (I like hardtails). Then when I started driving and found out about girls I stopped. Then some theives jacked my bike at UofA. I tried to get back into it last year, went on a few rides on a Kona Blast I bought. But then someone stole the fork, and I was too broke to repair it. So now I'm fat and lazy

BTW, if anyone wants a 20" Kona alumium frame,w/ brakes, Tioga tires and everything but the front fork, I'm looking to sell

Also, www.konaworld.com has it listed under hardtail XC bikes.

I used to bike all day every day back when I was 12. I would ride all day long and never get tired 'cause I was so used to it.

But after a 10 year break, I just got a bike about a month ago, and I'm trying to get back into it. Eventually I will go on some trails...I hear there are LOTS of them near here, and some really good ones about an hour away, near the mountains.

I took some dirt/hill side trails the other day... that was some intense riding. I don't have a helmet yet either, so I was trying to be really carefull, but your adreniline gets going when you're going 20 down a dirt path dodge tree roots and shit.

That's why I always did it. So much fun. Once you get the balance down it rules. It's fun when you have some buds to go with, too. Then you can go get all bloody and sweaty, have a beer and play some Mountain Bike Polo
