euro vanity plates?

euro vanity plates?
aight i know its an old thread but searching didnt help any
where to get them and any1 (especially in NYC) had any problems having them? i know we are suppose to have plates front and back just wondering. i had my front plate off for mad long got a phat ass ticket the day i was walking out to put the front one back one. as i walked out my door with plate in hand saw cop writting ticket :cry:

oh well mods lock, delete or whateva this thread off to get my plates for my car.. 1
